FINEST GIRL PAGEANT ORGANISATION CONTESTANTS REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITION AGREEMENT CONTRACT

1. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organisers.
2. The applicant should be between 18 - 26 years of age as at every year's 29th May as it's our official traditional date of holding the finest girl pageants event. 
3. The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc).
4. The applicant uses the prefix 'Miss'(or equivalent) before her name.
5. The applicant should not / have not been married and never been through any ceremony directly or indirectly, either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious or tribal which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world and should never have had a marriage annulled or never given birth to a child; have never been pregnant nor been a parent.
6. The applicant should be a natural born female.
7. The applicant should be a bonafide Nigerian citizen, holding a valid Nigerian passport and should be a resident of Nigeria as per the applicable laws of Nigeria .
8. The applicant or the applicant's immediate family should not be related to any person employed in Btvnigeria Television Network Limited & the Finest Girl Nigeria Limited, or any other company of the Btvnigeria Group, contest sponsors, and their sub - contractors, or any of the judges as informed to the applicant at any stage. In case of such a relation, the applicant must disclose the same immediately.
9. The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of appearing for the screenings and auditions.
10. The applicant once shortlisted cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant.
11. The Organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
12. The applicant should not have won the pageant previously.
13. The applicant should not have been qualified for or taken part in any contest as a representative of any country other than Nigeria.
14. The regional round and grand finale events expenses (travel & stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
15. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
16. The Organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and can have no claim against Btvnigeria or any other Times of Nigeria group company in any regard.
17. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
18. The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
19. Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character can participate made herein.
20. The applicant does not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against her.
21. Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminary and grand finale events accept allowed by event organisers permission.
22. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organiser.
23. The Organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
24. In the event of any dispute, the Organisers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
25. The courts of Abuja fct have the jurisdiction over all disputes if allowed by the event organisers at anytime.

It's is very important to know that every interested aspiring ‎contestant for the finest girl pageants international that fills and submits the events contestants registration form is authormatically under the laws of the event and is binding, and answerable to all the rules and regulations of the finest girl pageants organisation. And by so doing, the contestants and eventual winners must be respectful and obey all instructions given by the president of the event at all time. 
29. All winners shall take instructions from the finest girl nigeria president in all activities of the event be it parties, courtesy visits, special appearance and every other commercial dealings from branding on audio, video and publications. 
30. No winner or contestants is allowed to hold any party, media chart and any public event without the approval of the finest girl nigeria president. 
31. There shall be a special disciplinary action of explosion taken on any queen, winner or contestants who violate these professional laws under the rules and regulations of the finest girl nigeria since 2008.
32. And finally the finest girl pageants organisation is in a full and total charge and control of all winners foundation and special pet projects and side attractions event.
